1:1 Private Yoga Class - 60 Minutes

Service Description

A 60 minute online class that is tailored to your wants and needs. Once the class is confirmed, I will send a link via Zoom. Before hand, please send me what you would like to focus on in class i.e. an area of the body and/or mind, Yin/restorative yoga, Vinyasa flow etc. Also, please advise me of any injuries or illnesses you have, so that I may be able to cater to your body's needs.
